Dual Lane DS1100 Unit

Application:

 

Dual Bay DS1100 unit with single Scara Robot feeds “green parts” into assembly line, brings empty trays out and feeds empty trays back in to be fully loaded with finished assemblies.

Standard DS1100 Module


Application:
 

Extremely thin, thermoplastic trays with cosmetic product has to be loaded in a cycle time of <1 second. Due to trays “nesting” or "sticking" together, a vertical indexing tray magazine was incorporated into a standard DS1100. Full trays were transferred out on lower conveyor.

Standard DS1100 Unit

Application:

 

To feed parts from customer’s assembly machine into a tray packout system. Distech integrated a 4” wide belt conveyor with escapements into a DS1100. Parts were picked in groups of ten.

Modified DS1100 Unit


Application:
 

To de-stack 30 trays, feed them into washer and re-stack clean trays. Two DS1100 Stack Modules were placed on either end of the washer.

Standard DS1200B-MTL-FB

Application:
 

Green parts in trays, stacked on a cart, are loaded into DS1200-MTL with Flush & Blow unit. The DS1200-MTL loads parts onto a gear cutting machine. They are machined, removed, washed in Flush & Blow unit, returned to tray and restacked on cart.

5 Bay DS1200-MTL

Application:
 

Two DS1200-MTL units, constructed within a single frame, remove parts from heat treat racks. A 7-axis articulating robot in the center of the frame accesses all bays and loads a de-burring unit and washer, and returns parts to automation racks and stacks them on carts.
